Myra - June 7

I have been menopause for years now and i have experienced a lot of symptoms since then. So typically, i know exactly what the symptoms are. Just lately, i am suffering from arthritis and lower back pains and i wonder if this is still symptoms of menopause. Is it?

joint pain is a symptom of menopause. it is called menopause arthritis. typically at the

age of 45-55 your body goes through drastic hormonal changes that affects body joints

which in the long run cause arthritis.

women prior to menopause may experienced arthritis and back pains but it's not the main symptoms for menopause. men and women will all experienced this embarking their golden years.

many women noticed joint pains during menopause and is totally normal. however, many things can lead to joint pain. you can take ibuprofen or acetaminophen to help relieve the pain but you still need to have yourself checked out to know the root cause of the pain.

-pain is body's way of asking for help.so whether it's age related or menopause, it doesn't really matter, have it checked out anyway..
