For sure going through menopause as periods stopped for almost a year. But I am not getting hot flashes. Instead I am constantly freezing. Anyone else have this?

Hi Secrett,
Totally weird. I am so boiling hot I don't know what cold means any more. My favorite time of year is winter now. Dream of going to Antarctica. Gotta run to put my head in the freezer as having another hot flash now:(

Secrett,
I can empathize. Please go to your primary care doctor. I too was freezing and now Ive
read(web m.d..com and many other sites) that it could be due to anemia, hypothyroidism, blood vessel problems, diabetes or anerexia. Many women just mistake the problem as
getting older. I pray you find help.

it's called cold flashes and just as common as hot flashes during menopause. it's totally normal so there's no need to worry.

chills, freezing or even cold feet are also part of menopause symptoms. it's difficult to manage on a daily basis so it's important to seek doctor's advice.
