if you're a diabetic person, this infection may tend to happen to you again from time to time. so make sure to keep your vagina extremely clean and let it dry before you put on underwear.

avoid feminine sprays, scented toilet papers, and deodorant tampons. avoid using soap to wash the area. if you do so, avoid scented and use mild soaps.

It is normal symptoms of menopause. But if there is excessive discharge then have the expert advice first.

I've always had excessive discharge, which my obgyn said was natural in some women, my mom was the same way. Now that I'm in mentalpause I have noticed big changes in my discharge, it is even heavier, has a greenish color and it worried me sick. I'm single, so I know it could not be an STD, so when I went to my doc, she said everything looked fine and my pap came back normal. I think I will try that rephresh, as I'm thinking my ph levels are off. They do sell kits to tell you if you have yeast infection, ph problems, etc. Good luck!
