haven't experienced this...i can say i'm gifted with healthy gastrointestinal function.i've heard that this is a serious problem for many people and i feel sorry for them...T_T feel sorry for you too...

so how can we treat bloating just in case it will happen again.i hate that it happens at night.what do we need to do with it?

bloating is not uncommon issue, so therefore it can be treated anytime. many times the cause has something to do with our eating habits.

i bet to disagree. bloating is the most difficult ones to treat. i am very prone to bloating that's why i knew it very well.
