I wonder if anyone can help with advice on getting a decent nights sleep. I'm 52 and struggling with hot flushes and sleepless nights in particular.

wear light clothes and drink cool drinks. herbs and supplements may also help. try black cohosh, it works well with my hot flashes.

so literally, it's a pillow right? how do we use this? should we put some ice inside this pillow? or what... got no idea here...

LOL! chillow is activated by filling it with water which is later on absorbed by the foam core. chillow is not cold unlike ice packs. it gives the right amount
of coolness.
