lately i noticed that my heart's been beating faster,body shakes,nausea... is this what they call panic attack?

haven't experienced something like this but somehow i can relate. my friend is facing the same problem and she was diagnosed with panic attack. i'm sorry to hear that you're suffering from this symptoms..

i'm on medication for panic attack and i feel a lot better now. sorry can't recommend it to you cause you still need to be diagnosed before you get medications. i suggest you speak to your doctor now. hope you feel better soon..

this woke me up yesterday morning. i had this for three years ago, been on medications and therapies but up until now i'm still learning how to cope up. this is truly a headache for me.

been suffering from this for so long now. this is awful! i'm on medication and just as i thought that they have ended later on they'd come back. they'd come and they'd, they're like parasite!

its my first visit here and what ive been reading is just what im suffering from,.went to docs last wk and was told im very likely in the perimenopause cos ive got most of the symptoms.ive suffered with anxiety for a number of yrs and take medication for it along with medication for under active thyroid...which i can tell u really messes u up when you have an underactive thyroid.today had the biggest anxiety attack ever in asda!of all places.anyway,i wanted to tell u about a book called "the secret" which helped me alot previously and i read it when im feeling rubbish.hormones....im coming back as a man!
