Can I start Exercise during Pregnancy?

Keep one thing in mind; avoid pressure exertion on your belly or any hard exercise. The reason is that it may cause your baby to become devoid of proper supply of oxygen and blood. Abdominal exercises after pregnancy helps in regaining the original shape of the body and best is to go for sit ups and crunches.
