Regular exercise helps in improving posture and provides relief from pregnancy discomforts like back pain. Before pregnancy, if you were physically active then you can keep up with those exercises in moderation. Low impact aerobics is a good exercise during pregnancy, swimming is another best exercise of abdomen muscles. Exercises helps at the time of labor as they help in building the stamina for the delivery.
