I fear too much weight gain during pregnancy

Hi, I'm 15.3wks pregnant & I'm afraid that I'm gaining too much weight. I was slightly overweight, about 3kilo's (6pounds) before I found out that I'm pregnant. Now I've already gained 6kilo's (12pounds). The only problem is that I am soooo hungry All the time,I eat something small every 3hours. Sometimes I feel jittery & nauseated from hunger. I don't really have cravings & can't afford (financially) to give in to any cravings. I exercise 3-5days a week, doing 20mins cardio every session. I don't want to cause myself or my baby any harm by eating less & I don't want to look like a fat blob either, what else can I do?

I found the solution to this problem!!!
By simply adding a teaspoon of protein powder to my breakfast has kept me feeling fuller for longer,I dnt find myself snacking away ALL DAY LONG any more, still doin 20min on the stepper each day. By Sunday,I'll know if this is goin 2 work out as it is my weighing&measurement day! Hold thumbs for me...
