muscle cramps

Louisse - June 6

i'm on my first trimester now. everything is going smooth with my pregnancy considering this will be our first born. the only thing i am so worried about are the unusual backaches and muscle cramps on my lower pelvic. is it normal?

i am not sure about the muscle cramps and lower pelvic issue, it may be normal but it sounds unusual for me. however, i know that the first trimester of pregnancy is the most crucial part since it's the time that your body is going through some changes.

during your early pregnancy, your ligaments are stretching, organs are shifting around to make room for your growing uterus and hormone levels are changing. these are some reasons for back pain, muscle cramp and pelvic pain. these are common among women who are in their early pregnancy. you have to learn to adjust and deal with it.

cramps during your first trimester is just normal because this is the stage where your baby develops in time.

it is normal during the course of your pregnancy. sometimes you even feel bloated, constipated and if you are sexually active, it can also lead to pelvic cramps.
