Over- the- counter supplements and medication during pregnancy is not advisable because it may give bad results to the baby, just ask the doctor about the illness that have been felt or if you are not feeling well,so that it can be given correct medication.

To be safe in handling the fetus inside the womb, a pregnant woman is wise enough in taking any medication, so not to feel regret in the future.

If someone is not feeling well, she may take any medication so to cure it,cause no one wants to be sick, but over the counter medication is not advisable...take note of it....

Well, I think the risk of drug have to be weighed against it's benefits.

The problem is, drugs can't be tested in pregnant women in the same manner as other groups of people are. Animal studies, while it's helpful, don't necessarily show what a drug will do to a woman and developing fetus.

Over-the-counter supplements and medication during pregnancy is not good. It's better to just have herbal medicines instead because it's proven to be safe for pregnant woman to take.
