I am with the opinion of exercising even if pregnant, I am with their side , a pregnant woman may need to sustain of whatever pain they can have in times of delivery and so much of their breathing must be in regular level and thus can be acquired through exercise.

You can start as soon aspossible, it's because it is needed for our body, to become healthy,fit and strong one should engage a daily exercise . Be aware of it!

Yes, I'm into exercise even during my pregnancy.I've found out that it's good for my body and it free me to so much pain. That's why i make it a point to exercise twice or trice a week.

I want to exercise everyday but I can't do it coz I feel tired. But what I do is just plain walking but in a limited time. I want to consult a doctor but I,m afraid what would be the findings. Pls, pray for my situation!

preggy babe, don't be afraid to consult a doctor they are the persons who can help you.
Walking is the best exercise and it is fitted for you! But as you said that you can easily tired I advice you to seek help to those knowledgeable most especially to the specialist of this case.
