Safe exercises during pregnancy includes, swimming, indoor cycling, brisk walking, aerobics of low impact. All these activities carry low risk of getting injured and entire body can get benefit from these exercises. What exercises you need to avoid during pregnancy are numerous. Holding breath while doing any exercise is not recommended. Exercises like skiing and horseback riding are with chances of falling and they need to be avoided.
