At the moment...don't know what's to come

first pregnancy was normal...Second, an ectopic pregnancy. Now my third, it's up in the air as of now. My hcg level is around 600. I am about 5 weeks. I went to the emergency room last night because of extreme abdominal pain (that is gone today....mild cramping...NO spotting). After blood draws and ultrasounds, the ER doctor said everything looks fine, great even. He proceeded to say that he doesn't see anything outside the uterus. I asked him in order to clarify things, "So my baby is in my uterus?" His reply was "YES". Today I went to see my doctor and she gave me conflicting information. She said she has no idea why he would tell me this. That at this point in time there is no way for any doctor to be able to see through an ultrasound so early on in the pregnancy. So ridding myself of all the worry and concern and feeling relieved was for no reason. There is still need for worry. In fact today when I saw my doctor she says she sees blood in my uterus. Possible miscarriage or another ectopic pregnacy....great =-( why is this happening!!!?
