fifth miscarriage in 18 months

meemee - September 16

Yesterday I started to miscarry for the fifth time in 18 months. this year alone I have had four. I was in a hurry to get pregnant again after my third miscarriage as my three sisters in law are all preganant and due in Dec and Jan. I was also due in Dec with the third one. I am finding the situation very difficult to handle and have not been able to face them since that miscarriage in May. Did anyone else find it difficult to meet other women that are pregnant and how to handle it. Obviously I am heartbroken with another miscarriage but feel I have to put on a face and deal with it and be happy for others. Dont know if any of that makes since.

I really know the feeling meemee. I've had 3 miscarriages before a successful pregnancy at age 39. I was very pressured and honestly I had a hard time listening or being happy for those who had a full-term pregnancy. It is okay to feel that way. We become emotionally affected in cases like this. How old are you by the way?

I think it normal to feel bitter but in my case I will not let it show. I will pretend to be happy for them no matter what.

sorry to hear that meemee. it is really difficult to be happy for other people who are having the chance to enjoy what you are striving to have. but don't be bitter, try as much as possible to be grateful for other things that you have, other blessings that you received and still be hopeful.
