I lost a child once too. My first son. After that, I did not have any more problems. My daughter is now grown up and beautiful. I'd just like to tell you that it's really all within your control. I exercised like crazy before my first pregnancy and went on to do close to the same work out routines even when I got pregnant. That could have been the reason for my miscarriage. My doctor had told me to exercise in moderation once I got pregnant with my second child. So, it's a combination of a lot of factors. With your doctor's help, getting screened or tested, watching your diet, changing a few things about your lifestyle, there's a great chance you'll have a successful second pregnancy.

thanks for your sharing your experience, misty. losing a child is unbearable and i don't want to lose my second one again. i'll try to make time this week to see a doctor.

i'm actually 3 weeks into my second pregnancy that's why i'm so scared.

sometimes i feel like i shouldn't get out of bed but i know i have to move and all.
