Almond…STAR: Mother's should be careful on what they eat because being pregnant is very tricky at times.

What do you mean by tricky at times?

Almond…STAR - November 26

Tricky because when pregnant, we have this certain cravings in food and it would be dangerous to just anything we want to eat.

Well that has some possibility because we crave for anything and such food may not be that clean or healthy for the baby. Informative posts here.

If the mother is allergic to certain food or drinks and she ate or drank it then she may have some complications that may result to miscarriage.

Food contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes are very common to cause miscarriage. Listeria infection can be contract unborn babies via mother's placenta.

What food are contaminated with listeria? How does it happen?

Most of these are raw food like meat and vegetables because this bacteria is found in soil and water.

I see, so it is really important to cook well the food that we eat, but some mothers are fun of eating vegetable salad, that would be a great risk too.

I AM GIVEN A DIET PLAN FOR PREPARATION TO TTC AGAIN AND MOST OF IT ARE NON-FAT. I WAS PLANNING TO FOCUS ON FRUITS AND VEGETABLES BUT AS WHAT LIPSTICK SHARED, I AM WORRIED ABOUT IT.

Eating fresh fruits and vegetable may be a high risk for such infection so mothers should always be sure that what they eat came from reliable source that are safe to eat raw.

Food poisoning is a very serious problem too. It will not only put to risk the life of the baby but that of the mother too.

Brightcurve - December 22

Exactly saturn so if pregnant we should be very careful in what we eat and we should also know how to control our eating habits.
