I'm little confused? Are you seriously saying to drink 5 to 7 liters of water? I'm sure that is not right.
People struggle drinking the advised 2 liter of water...
I can't even drink 2 liters, so 5 or 7 is out of question, and I'm sure I'm not the only one...
