I got my penicillin shot after being diagnosed with syphilis however, every night after getting sores I always notice spots in my underwear whenever I get into my night clothes. I looks like dry blood flakes. What could it be?

It could be from the sore healing, if you had a sore.

do you notice any broken skin if you didn't have a sore?

Is it in a spot where you would notice discharge from your penis? If it is, then you need to get that checked out.

Yeh there are some sores, but it just seems like there's a lot more than the sores would give off.

All my other STD tests came back negative though, so once the penicillin gets rid of the syphillis that should go away, it just worries me a little, actually not knowing where it's coming from lol

If it doesn't stop happening in the next few days, just give your doctor a call.
