extra weight does really compromise fertility and ttc could be a little challenge. this is not totally given, but you may want to seek for a second opinion.

as long as you keep your blood sugar in the target range, then there's a big chance of getting pregnant. you may also want to lose some weight if you want to get pregnant very soon.
