Remedies for Women’s Stress

Today’s girls are constantly under pressure. They try to keep their children from killing themselves or each other; they are working full time and still trying to get dinner on the table; they try to find some time in there for a social life that consists of more than a date to the supermarket with their husbands. Stress seems to most people like a normal part of life. But it doesn’t have to be. I found this here:

Time crunch

One major trigger of stress is the idea that you do not have enough time to get everything done you needs to do. However, according to Robert Leahy, Ph.D., author of The Worry Cure, \\\"Time pressure is almost always artificially created, and a lot of people never notice the things that go undone.\\\" Do not worry if your bookshelves are not dusted or there are some toys scattered around the floor. True friends won’t care and husbands don’t usually notice.

The face in the mirror

Another thing women often stress about is their physical appearance. All of us want to look our best, but we often expend a ton of time and effort that is entirely unnecessary. Try making things easier on yourself. Julien Farel, a New York City hairstylist, proposes, \\\"A shaggy style with a ton of layers, or any short haircut [like a bob with bangs] are the very best styles for a low-maintenance and flattering look.”

Do not sweat the little stuff
Do not let anxiety rule your life. Just relax, do not sweat the small stuff, don’t worry be happy, and follow any number of other old-fashioned clichés about how to live a happy, successful life. Those old sayings have become clichéd for a reason-they work.
