I'm 41 & just found out I'm 'post menopausal'. My skin & hair has always been oily, but I'm now getting dry skin and hair. My diet has always been healthy - lots of salad/veg, no red meat - but I'm wondering if I should now be taking supplements or altering my diet. Also any advice on skin care would be appreciated!
