my husband is so far away and we don't have any baby yet. i got pregnant but had a miscarriage at 14 weeks gestation. i know it is hard for him also when he got the news. i am also having a hard time coping with it because we are so far from each other. we could try again in 3 months.

That is quite hard being alone and struggling to recover. I am even demanding time to be with the father of my baby even if I am pregnant. What more if I am struggling the loss?

That is the most difficult part of recovery, being alone. Don't worry because things will just have its own time to heal.
